- Vendor onboarding (VVP™ Program)
- Digital services
- Platform-related payments

2. Nature of Services
YAKBOS operates as a:
- B2B platform connecting buyers and vendors
- Provider of digital and business solutions
- Facilitator of vendor onboarding and visibility services
Most services involve time, effort, and digital activation, hence refund terms are structured accordingly.
3. VVP™ Program (Vendor Onboarding Fees)
🔒 Non-Refundable Policy
- Fees paid for the Verified Vendor Partner (VVP™) Program are non-refundable once:
- Verification process has started, OR
- Vendor profile is approved/listed
❌ No Refund Cases:
- Change of mind after payment
- Lack of enquiries or business outcomes
- Delay in vendor response or buyer engagement
⚠️ Exception (Limited):
Refund may be considered ONLY if:
- Payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction)
- Vendor application is rejected by YAKBOS
Such requests must be raised within 5 days of payment
4. 💻 Digital Products & Services
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled before project work begins

5. B2B Supply & Vendor Transactions
- YAKBOS acts as a platform/facilitator
- Transactions between buyers and vendors are independent agreements
Therefore:
- Refunds for products/services must be handled:
- Directly between buyer and vendor
YAKBOS is not liable for such disputes
6. Payment Errors & Failed Transactions
If you experience:
- Double payment
- Failed transaction with amount deducted
Contact us within 5 business days
Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
