Role Overview
As a Procurement Analyst, you will support procurement operations by analyzing spend data, evaluating suppliers, assisting sourcing activities, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
You will work closely with procurement consultants, category managers, product teams, and business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making.
This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in procurement, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement and spend data to identify savings opportunities.
- Support sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Assist with supplier identification, evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct market research and benchmark pricing across categories.
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analysis presentations.
- Maintain supplier databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Track procurement KPIs and supplier performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Support category management and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through automation and technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, operations, or analytics roles, including internships and academic projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of procurement fundamentals and supply chain concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn emerging procurement technologies.
