Role Overview
As a Graduate AI/ML Engineer, you will support the development of machine learning models, Generative AI applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
You will work across the AI lifecycle—from data preparation and model experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, coding, experimentation, and learning emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Support the creation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
- Design prompts and workflows for AI-powered applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements.
- Conduct experiments to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Deploy AI models and monitor performance in production environments.
- Document datasets, experiments, model results, and technical processes.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software development, including internships and academic projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Knowledge of statistics, probability, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and Git workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
