Role Overview
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data from multiple business systems to generate insights and support decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create reports, build dashboards, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reports.
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data.
- Support procurement, product, and business teams with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Create data visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
- Document data definitions, processes, and reporting methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles, including internships and academic projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
